X is for X-Ray (preschool)

The girls had fun learning about X-Rays today. They enjoyed seeing bones inside of E-rays. We got our recourses for today from the X is for foX, X-Ray, & eXercise Teachers Pay Teachers pack.

X-Ray Learning

X-Ray Writing

  • The girls each had a similar writing paper for the letter X. My 3 year old had a capital X and lowercase x with tracing arrows, along with an X-Ray to color. The 5 year old had the same paper, but added a short poem and more tracing X’s and x’s on the bottom. I found both of these in the X is for foX, X-Ray, & eXercise Teachers Pay Teachers pack.

X is for X-Ray

  • I printed this X is X-Ray Craft onto cardstock for the girls to paint. I cut out the capital “X” for them to paint black. They let it dry and then added white hand prints. After that dried they glued it to a piece of purple construction paper. Then I cut out the bones for them to glue on.

Counting Bones

  • I printed out the  Counting Bones game and then cut the pieces and laminated them. She counted how many bones on each piece and then matched it up to the matching number.

X-Ray Puzzle

  • I printed out the X-Ray Puzzle on cardstock and then laminated it so that we can use it over and over again. Then they worked together to put the bones together.
