5 Month Elsa Baby Photos

I chose Disney’s Frozen for the January princess because I think we have the best chance at having snow in January for future Elsa pictures.

She wore a Baby Elsa outfit and I put in the Elsa bow from the  princess bow set into her hair.

I placed a light  blue sheet for the background and then a fluffy baby pad for her to lay on. I also found some Christmas lights  to place behind my blue sheet and some sparkly white garland to place in front. She also had her Stuffed Olaf next to her.

I used my EOS 2000D Canon Rebel Camera to take her princess photos. I also use my softbox photography lighting and backdrop rod to help.

4 Month December Christmas Baby Photos

Baby is 4 months old for her first Christmas. My oldest son was super sweet to amuse his mom and dress up like Santa for a few pictures!

I absolutely lover her sweet smile! I found this re bucket at Goodwill along with a belt, so I glued it on and added some white fluff too!

“How the Grinch Stole Christmas”

My son had a “Candy Cane Dress Up Day” at school today, so he agreed to take a photo with Baby in her Santa dress!

Looking at the ornaments on the Christmas tree.

Playing with the lights was her favorite… I just had to keep her from eating them!

She hates being on her stomach, so she cried for most of these shots! But I LOVE the way they turned out!

“T’was the Night Before Christmas”

She tried to hold onto the ornaments, but had a difficult time commanding her hands to cooperate!

My little Santa Baby!

4 Month Belle Baby Photos

I chose Disney’s Beauty and the Beast  for the December princess because I love when Belle wears her red cape in the snow scene with Beast. I think it would be fun for future Belle pictures.

Someone gave her this cute Baby Belle outfit with the crown.

I hung a gold curtain for the backdrop and found the rest of the props a the local thrift store. The Bible is my Thomas Kinkade Bible that I love.

I used my EOS 2000D Canon Rebel Camera to take her princess photos. I also use my softbox photography lighting and backdrop rod to help.

3 Month November Leaves Baby Photos

Baby received this adorable sunflower outfit as a shower gift, so I thought it would look great with my November leaves photo shoot. Baby girl wasn’t in the best mood today, so I just got one little smile when Daddy walked into the room! I am still very happy with how the photo’s turned out today!

It was too cold outside to take picture with baby in the leaves, so I had to make do with fabric leaves. I think they looked great, but she was covered with glitter when I was done since a few of the leaves had gold glitter on them.

This is what my kitchen looks like whenever I want a wood floor in my photos!

3 Month Pocahontas Baby Photos

I chose Disney’s Pocahontas for the November princess since she’s always got leaves blowing around her. I think it would be fun for future Pocahontas pictures.

I tried to fashion a Pocahontas costume from items that she already had. I did find a necklace at the thrift store.

I hung a brown curtain for the background and I found some fabric leaves and made a little river with a blue scarf and some Christmas lights under it.

I used my EOS 2000D Canon Rebel Camera to take her princess photos. I also use my softbox photography lighting and backdrop rod to help.

2 Month Cinderella Baby Photos

I chose Disney’s  Cinderella  for the October princess since there is a pumpkin in the movie. It makes me think of fall and I think it would be fun for future Cinderella pictures.

This cute baby Cinderella costume was given to her before she was born. I also bought her this silver headband crown.

I placed a light  white sheet for the background and then a fluffy baby pad for her to lay on. I love ivy and pumpkins. I wanted to incorporate the pumpkins, but I didn’t want to have bright orange in my magical fairyland; so I spray painted sliver onto some pumpkins and they turned out great! I found her these silver  star magic wand , glass slipper, and silver castle.

I used my EOS 2000D Canon Rebel Camera to take her princess photos. I also use my softbox photography lighting and backdrop rod to help.

2 Month October Pumpkin Baby Photos

Two months old this October, and I love pumpkins! It was a bit chilly so I had to do an outfit change at the last minute. I was just going to do the tutu and bow, but added the overalls; it turned out so adorable!

I used a basket that I found in the kitchen and the crate that we use to keep things in the living room, so I didn’t have to buy any props except the pumpkins!

She really did not enjoy this photo shoot very much, but I did manage to get a smile near the end.

Bugs Birthday Party -1

We had a bug themed party for T’s first birthday!  I made bug balloons by filling latex balloons with helium and using rubber cement to hold them together.  For the Bee Balloon I used 2 yellow balloons and wrapped some black electrical tape around for the bee’s stripes.  Then I used tissue paper for the wings, black pipe cleaner for the antenna, and googly eyes for eyes.  I added a mouth with black sharpie.  For the Ladybug Balloon I found some red balloons with black spots. I glued a small black balloon for the head, used googly eyes for the eyes, and black pipe cleaner for the antenna again.  For the Caterpillar Balloon glued together 4 green balloons and used green pipe cleaner for the legs and antenna.  I used a sharpie for the mouth and added googly eyes to the caterpillar as well.  I set them up outside and it was a bit too windy for the balloons, most of them ended up popping before the end of the party!

We grilled burgers and hot dogs for lunch.  We also had ants on a lot and ladybug watermelon balls (I just put mini chocolate chips in the watermelon balls.) I taped black construction paper ants to my red and white checkered table cloth.

I filled red, green, and yellow water balloons for the kids to play with.

I got kind of carried away with the desserts and ended up making 3 sweets.  We had gummy worms in chocolate pudding with crushed Oreo’s on top.  We had a beehive cake with cream cheese frosting and bees made out of chocolate covered almonds and mini marshmallow wings.  And we had caterpillar cupcakes with candy faces.

I had my sister-in-law, Cloninger Photography, take T’s 1 year old photos and they turned out great!

Happy 1st Birthday Baby Boy!  I love you!

I have tons of other kids party themes:
