21 Months Old Mulan Toddler Photos

Disney’s Mulan is not as exciting for a toddler, but she does like the songs in the movie. Mulan’s dream is to bring honor to her family, and she ends up doing that by saving the Emperor from the Huns. Of course every Disney princess has an animal sidekick, and Mushu is such a silly one.

Mulan is a brave, courageous and fearless girl.

One of the songs that I sing to her is to the tune of “Mary had a Little Lamb”…

“Storm is a brave girl
Brave girl, brave girl
Storm is a brave girl
She’s my big brave girl”

We went to a local park that had some small Chinese stone structures that were just the right size so she could stand beside. We also found a Japanese Maple tree while we were there. She also loved walking over the bridge. She brought some little pink flower bouquet as well.

I couldn’t find a Mulan dress small enough for her, so I used a yellow dress that we had and put a green sweater over it. Then I made a belt out of thick ribbons. She wore her black dress sandals. I left her hair down and parted it on one side. She also wore her gold ball earrings.

Deuteronomy 31:6 “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”

Mandarin Oranges are a favorite for this girl.

20 Month Old Tiana Toddler Photos

Disney’s The Princess and the Frog is not one of my favorites because I really don’t like the shadow man, but I do love Tiana’s ambition. Tiana’s dream is to open her very own restaurant, but to become human again she has to brave the bayou to break the shadow man’s curse. Of course every Disney princess has an animal sidekick, and Ray is such a loyal one.

Tiana is an ambitious, hardworking, and humble girl.

One of the songs that I sing to her is to the tune of “Mary had a Little Lamb”…

“Storm is a humble girl
Humble girl, humble girl
Storm is a humble girl
She’s my humble girl”

We went to a local park to take her Tiana pictures. We found this little gazebo by a pond. She had a rubber frog to kiss. We also had some Mardi Gras necklaces and a small brass horn for her to play with.

She wore the tulle tutu that I made for her Watermelon Birthday Party with a green sweater on the top.  The tutu was made with colored tulle tied to the baby stretch crochet hair bands and then I added a big white flower on the side of it.  She wore her green  earrings are from a multi color pack and white tights with black dress shoes. Her bow is the Tiana bow in the  princess bow set that I had bought for Christmas.

James 4:10 “Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.”

19 Month Old Jasmine Toddler Photos

Disney’s Aladdin was one of my favorites as a kid. Jasmine’s dream is to explore a whole new world, but first she has to fight Jafar to save her family. Of course every Disney princess has an animal sidekick, and Rajah is Storm’s favorite.

Princess Jasmine is an nice, inclusive, and generous girl.

One of the songs that I sing to her is to the tune of “Mary had a Little Lamb”…

“Storm is a nice girl
Nice girl, nice girl
Storm is a nice girl
She’s my nice, nice girl”

The background and props are all from thrift shops. I found curtains and scarves and placed them for the backdrop and floor, then they added some pillows, gold jars and lantern.

She wore a toddler Jasmine costume with her gold earrings and gold sandals.  She wore bow is the Jasmine bow in the  princess bow set that I had bought for Christmas.

18 Month Old Rapunzel Toddler Photos

Disney’s Tangled is a family fun movie. Rapunzel’s dream is to see the floating lanterns, but first she will have to escape the tower. Of course every Disney princess has an animal sidekick, and Pascal is such a playful one.

Princess Rapunzel is a enthusiastic, passionate, and happy girl.

I like to sing an affirming song to her, I sing to her is to the tune of “Mary had a Little Lamb”…

“Storm is a happy girl
Happy girl, happy girl
Storm is a happy girl
She’s my happy, happy girl”

I hung a purple curtain from the background and made a banner to hand across it. I used my homemade cardboard stone wall that we used in our X-Men Trunk-or-Treat for part of her background as well. Then I found a candle lantern and some flowers for her to play with too. Her tiny frying pan  with the sun star painted on it was a great prop for today. I found some giant scissors and some cut blond hair from an old doll to put on the floor! She loves to stroke my hair whenever I hold her, she also twirls her own hair while she falls to sleep.

She looked so pretty in her Rapunzel dress and Rapunzel bow in her  princess bow set. She also wore her purple  earrings  from her multi color pack earrings.

Our new Husky pup joined in on her pictures! It actually snowed the weekend that she turned 17 months old… this was perfect for our Frozen Elsa pictures. She took her Stuffed Olaf out with us, and I found this tiny wooden sled at the thrift store. I got the big silver snowflake at the dollar store too.

I was glad that her Elsa dress was long sleeves and a bit thicker, I still put a long sleeve white onesie under it with thick white tights for more warmth. She also wore her white sandals and Elsa bow from her princess bow set. Her blue  earrings are from a multi color pack that I found on Amazon.

Beauty and the Beast Dinner Night

Our family loves Disney and Family Movie Night, so we have joined them together for a family Disney Dinner Night. Tonight mom got to choose, so it was Beauty and the Beast, which was a bit too fancy of food for the preteens to enjoy. I chose to make versions of the recipes that are mentioned in the song, “Be Our Guest”. We watched the live action version of Beauty and the Beast since it is probably my current favorite of the Disney movies. I hope you have as much family fun as we did.

16 Month Old Belle Toddler Photos

Disney’s  Beauty and the Beast  was one of my favorites as a child, and I absolutely loved the live action that just came out. Belle’s dream is to never stop learning, but she has to sacrifice her freedom to save her father. Of course every Disney princess has an animal sidekick, and Lumiere is such a charismatic one.

Belle is an intelligent, generous, and passionate girl.

One of the songs that I sing to her is to the tune of “Mary had a Little Lamb”…

“Storm is a smart girl
Smart girl, smart girl
Storm is a smart girl
She’s my so smart girl”

I hung a gold curtain for the backdrop and used my homemade cardboard stone wall that we used in our X-Men Trunk-or-Treat. The props came from the local thrift store a few years ago.

Her Disney Belle dress was a hand-me-down from a friend. She also wore white tights with her white sandals and Belle bow from her princess bow set. Her red  earrings are from a multi color pack that I found on Amazon.

Cinderella is a kind, attentive and graceful girl.

One of the songs that I sing to her is to the tune of “Mary had a Little Lamb”…
