Today we learned what protein foods are and that they are good for our muscles.

Discuss: Protein foods are body builders and help give up strong muscles. Some good protein foods are meat, fish, milk, eggs, nuts, beans and cheese. We need to eat protein foods everyday because our bodies can’t store protein.
